I'm thinking with the Royal Guard.... maybe it'll be like when the vizard showed up? It's not so much that they're loads stronger but they certain helped speed up the Espada fights (thinking particularly of Barragan's defeat)
As far as the Quincy go, well they're definitely showing up and what you mention is a really good idea. I mean discounting the movie Kubo has never really done anything with hell. He showed us the big scary gate all the way back before SS and then... nothing. So unless he's satisfied with what he did for the movies then I reckon it could show up.
I would say fighting Hell would certainly be more troublesome than Aizen, if only because I think that Hell will outnumber the shinigami as opposed to Aizen and his Espada which they didn't so much in the end.
