That was the worst excerpt, but... some later scenes were pretty bad. XD The last chapter involved Byakuya and Ukitake at hot springs, and Shunsui and Hitsugaya are there too. And Hitsugaya is all smiley at Shunsui. I was like *choke* Hitsugaya, smiling?! And then I had the urge to tell him not to get too happy because if he would break up with his lover of 2000 YEARS...
Another great line is: "I’m too old," Ukitake mumbled on, the rice wine loosening his tongue, "that’s why he left me. He decided he couldn’t be with someone my age anymore, which is why he went to Toushiro-kun! I’m not good enough for him! My illness makes me weak and ugly... and Shunsui just had enough." *twitches*
