Vacation~

Anywaay... so far the vacation has been pretty nice. :) We got in about 8ish last night, and we chatted with the grandparents for a little over an hour before they went to bed. Then me and my mom watched a Sherlock Holmes episode that I'd brought along. <33 I'd forgotten how lovely those are. <3 ilu, Sherlock! The episode we watched was The Devils Foot, which was made even more incredibly awesome by the fact that it was soooo Sherlock/Watson. Sherlock was supposed to be on a vacation because he'd been really stressed out lately, and Watson kept fussing over him and following him around. <33 And it's been awhile since I'd read the stories, so I didn't remember all the details of the case, so that made it more enjoyable, too. You see, I am a huge SH fan... I've read every single one of the short stories and novels. ^_^ Some of them more than once...

Today was mostly a lazy day. My mom and I mostly sat around and read and my grandparents slept a lot. ^_^;; Then in the afternoon my grandparents treated me and my mom to a manicure. :D I'm not a girly-girl at all but getting your hands masaged and etc is always wonderfully enjoyable. <3 So now my nails are all pinkish-red and filed perfectly. Hehe.

And then in the evening I attempted to work on the ChadIchigo fic. >_> At least now I have an idea! I mean, I finally had an idea last night, and was able to start writing it out today. It's probably about... half done, maybe only one-third depending on how it goes. And, err... *prods the fic* Somehow Ukitake and Shunsui managed to poke their noses into this one. >_> For some reason I suspect that NO ONE IS SURPRISED ABOUT THIS. :p I know, I am insane. <3 Bweee~

Seriously, though, I'm having to try to keep them out of it. XD This fic is supposed to focus on ChadIchigo, dammit! *PROD* I rather suspect, as well, there may be a companion UkiShun fic appearing in the future. XD

As far as other fandom stuff goes, it's been a great week too. :) bleachhedonism is starting to get off the ground a little, and if I made liralen's week, she totally made mine by liking the banners I made so much. ilu thankies <33!

Anywaay~ oh look, it's 2:04, mayhaps I should head off to bed!

All I know of Sherlock Holmes, I watched from the Star Trek:TNG holodeck episodes XD I've been thinking I should try to read more things besides whatr's in the manga section of Borders...perhaps SH is a good start (Glad you're enjoying your vacation!).

Hee...I know what it's like to ship a couple like mad like that (Thinks back to the olden days of Star Trekdom). And thanks to this fandom, I know what it's like to ship pairings (in the plural!) no one's written anything for...or writes so little about that you go OMG when you see it! It's part of the reason I started the contest. I look forward to seeing UkiShun in your Sadoichi fic :)

I also like your new comm, and you should probably have seen my request to join by the time you read this. This looks to be hot!

I realized today that I am wasting my (last?) summer break. Also the only weeks I have off this year. XD That's what I get for staying in uni town! Oh, but my point is that I'm glad you're enjoying yourself! But I miss you ♥

Yes! Now I'm just nocturnal a creepy very early morning person and not able to sleep because they are rebuilding this building at daytime. >_<

I feel proud for knowing something, kinda! Now I will randomly have to refrain myself from picking up the Sherlock Holmes books.
