Why on earth did Soi Fon promote him to VC in the first place? It doesn't seem that Soul Society is that corrupt when it comes to advancing kiddies from rich families, in general... so I sure hope he comes out with something pretty awesome at some point to redeem himself. (I assume she herself is stalling in order to get Barragan to come closer so she can sting him, but that's just boring ol' me.)
